Applications:

The chair tester tests the strength and durability of the seats and backrests by simulating the routine use loading of the seat.

The machine is equipped with 3 working position, which can test a three-seat chair or sofa at the same time.

Each working position equips with two drive units, and can be individually controlled to repeatedly load the test points of the seat. Through different parameter settings.

Feature:

1.The sofa chair strength and durability testing equipment adopts frame structure design. The frame is made of high quality industrial aluminum, beautiful and easy to maintain.

2. The driving device of this machine adopts a unique combination of servo proportional valve and cylinder, which is an innovative product developed by our company. Compared with the traditional cylinder, it has higher transmission precision, more stable load maintenance and faster testing speed. It can be adjusted freely in the vertical direction according to the sample, which is convenient for different products.

3. PLC controller to control the actions of the instrument; the operation is intuitive and simple.

4. The angle of the backrest loading device can be adjusted.

5.Chair Seating and Back Testing Machine is equipped with seat impact function.
