Accessibility Probe Used to determine whether the hazardous parts of toys can be touched. If it is accessible,then conduct the related test according to standards so as to reduce the damage hazards for children.

Applicable scope:

1.Accessible probe A is suitable for toys for children up to and below 36 months (under 3 years old).
2.Accessible probe B is suitable for toys for children over 36 months (over 3 years old).

3.If the toy spans two age groups, two probes should be tested separately.

Small Part Cylinder also known as small objects choke tester, small object cylinder, small parts tester, choking tube tester

Mainly used to determine the potential hazards of suffocate, suction, swallow, etc, which results from the toys or other articles with small parts used for the children below 3 years old. 

Small objects choke tester requirements:

1.36 months or less: toys can not exist on small parts.

2.37 months to 72 months: toys can exist on small parts, but must have a warning note. 73 months or more: there can be small parts, without warning instructions.

Sharp Edge Tester, also known as Edge Test Equipment, Edge Tester

Application: Used to determine whether the edge of the toy or items is a sharp edge for the presence of unreasonable damage.

Toys sharp edge tester requirements:

1.36 months or less, the toy does not allow the presence of sharp edges.

2.37 months to 96 months: There may be functional sharp edges on the toy, but there must be a warning.

Applicable type: toys for children up to and below 96 months.

Sharp Point Tester is used to detect whether there is a presence of damage in the accessible location.
