The Chair Armrest Testing Machine is equipped with two drive units, and can be individually controlled to repeatedly load the test points of the seat. Through different parameter settings, the machine can complete the following types of test functions on the seat:
1.Armrests vertical static load test;
2.10°angle armrests durability test;
3.Seats front edge static load and durability test;
4.Vertical static load test on backrests;
5.Footrest static load and durability test;
6.Leg rest static load test;
7. Armrest upward static load test (need to be equipped with the weights);
8. Writing board vertical static load and durability test.
How to Conduct Chair Armrest and Seat Tester?
Acceptance

Connect the power supply.

Connect the air hose and adjust the pressure about 0.6Mpa.

Turn on the power switch and emergency stop switch.

Trial run: Check whether the screen works normally.

Check whether the beam works normally.
Operation

Click "RST" to reset.

Install the chair and place the center of the chair corresponding to the center of the baseboard.

Adjust the height of the beam so that the loading pad is about 100mm from the armrest.

Move the loading pad to the top of the armrest and fix it.

(The loading pad can be adjusted to a 0-10° inclination angle according to standard requirements),

Set "Force Setting", "Setting Cycles"and"Hold Time".

Click“ZERO" to clear the data, click“START" to start the test.
