On-site Training on Furniture Testing Equipment in Uzbekistan
In August, our professional technical team visited the customer's factory site and successfully completed the installation and operational training for multiple high-precision furniture testing equipment! This has significantly improved both the customer's technical competence in equipment operation and their production efficiency.
The training covered the following machines:
1. Chair Assembly Testing Machine GT-LB08-02
This Chair Assembly Testing Machine is according for the standard EN 1728 and combination.
2. Drawer Durability Strength Testing Machine GT-LD01C
Drawer Durability Strength Testing Machine is designed to test the durability and strength of drawers, desks, cabinets and wardrobe.
3. Mattress Comprehensive Performance Tester GT-LA08
Mattress Comprehensive Performance Tester is the newest design mattress comprehensive performance tester according to EN 1957 and EN 1725 standard.
4. Mattress Hardness Tester GT-LA04
Mattress hardness tester is used to evaluate the firmness of the instrument. It is widely applied to foam products, mattress manufacturing, car seat manufacturers and other industries,which is used to laboratory test and quality control in production line.
After multiple machines were delivered to the client's site, our professional technical team collaborated with the client to conduct pre-use training for this batch of equipment based on the sequence of on-site conditions and other factors. Following this, the furniture inspection equipment was installed and calibrated. After calibration, training was provided on routine operations, usage precautions, and other related topics.
Through training, the installation was successfully completed and all machines are now fully operational.The operators have basically mastered the operating methods. Technical personnel from both sides exchanged contact information, agreeing to communicate at any time regarding any questions to ensure excellent after-sales service for the customer!
