Mouth Toy Durability Tester

Applications:

Mouth-actuated Toy Durability Tester is suitable for the test of the safety of the Mouth-Actuated Toys, such as whistles with a ball, the sounders with a reed and other toys.

The Safety Requirement Of Mouth Toy Durability Tester

a): Mouth-actuated toys Durability Tester and removable mouthpieces of mouth-actuated toys shall not be the small objects. (shall not fit entirely in the small parts cylinder.)
b): Non-detachable mouthpieces of mouth-actuated toys, if detached when in accordance with immersion test, torque test and tension test, shall not release small objects. (shall not fit entirely in the small parts cylinder.)
c): Mouth-actuated toys Durability Tester which contain loose components, when tested in accordance with durability of mouth-actuated toys, should not release any small objects. (Subject the toy to 10 alternating blowing and sucking cycles, each within 5s and of at least (295±10cm3 of air)
d): Removable or non-detachable mouthpieces fitted to balloons shall conform to the requirements in a) and b).
