Applications:

Feature

Snap button testing machine is a simple but effective design mainly consisting of a high precision gauge, a sturdy required by standards & regulations is be fixed horizontally (constant force is applied to secure the sample) so that snap or other accessories attached in fabric can be clamped into. Moreover, a standard weight is also offered so that it can be regularly checked if it meets the safety requirements.

Snap Button Tester Instructions

1. Install the clamp and match the test button to lock the test sample to the base.

2. Lower the clamp, grasp the button and pull it up. Each set of buttons should be able to withstand a

minimum of 17 pounds of tension (7.72kg) and need to be kept for 10 seconds without any signs of

looseness or breakage. At the same time, test at least 20 capsules per 20 The grain button is qualified.
3. If one of the buttons is loose or damaged, or must be retested after replacement.
