Applications:

The Chair Testing Machine assesses the strength and durability of the seats and backrests through simulated routine use loading. To facilitate this process, a machine with three identical working positions is employed, allowing for simultaneous testing of three seats. Each working position is equipped with two drive units that can be independently controlled to apply repeated loads on the test points of the seat. This setup ensures efficient and accurate evaluation of the seats' performance. Through different parameter settings, the machine can complete the following types of test functions on the seat:

1. Seat and back static load test.

2. Seat and back durability test.

3. Seat front edge static load and durability tests;

4. Horizontal forward static loading test for backrest.

5. Headrest static load test,

6. Legs forward static load test,

7. Leg lateral direction static load test.

1.The machine adopts frame structure design. The frame is made of high quality industrial aluminum,  beautiful and easy to maintain.

2. Using the precision pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure to change the loading force value; high precision force sensor sense the force value immediately; each load group adjusts the control individually; the loading force is stable and reliable.

3. PLC controller to control the actions of the instrument; the operation is intuitive and simple.

4. The angel of the backrest loading device is adjustable.
