How to test the impact strength of backrest and handrail ?

1.The High Chair Back and Arm Impact testing machine main structure is made of aluminum, which is beautiful and easy to maintain.

2.The height of the impact pendulum can be adjusted, which could test chairs with different height.

High Chair Back and Arm Impact Tester Test Steps:

1. Put the high chair in front of the pendulum.

2. Turn on the motor control switch.
3. Adjust the height of the pendulum through adjustment button.Click the up button to adjust the height upward,and click thedown button to adjust the height downward.
4. Adjust the pendulum to the force point of the chair.
5. Put a stop on the other side of chair foot.
6. Manually lift the pendulum to the highest point,then release the pendulum and let the pendulumfall freely to impact the seat.
7. Change the directions of the seat to test the force point ofthe seat from different directions. When testing different forcepoints,the position of the pendulum shall be adjusted
accordingly to be perpendicular to the force point of the chair.
