GESTER company develops our own control system with times setting and counting functions. There’s start, stop, pause, count and clear functions on the test control panel. The machine can count from 0 to 999,999 times and it will stop automatically when reach the set testing times. The control system controls the motor to open and close at a certain angle (90°). The lower sample holder is divided into two part, A and B. And different test samples are tested with different clamping fixtures. The seat can be adjusted up and down, so the test equipment works with two motors. The upper clamp adopts mechanical up and down movement to hold the sample. The upper clamp is made of high-strength steel, and the thickness is thin, which can simulate the actual situation and avoid the phenomenon that the sample connection is not in place due to the thickness of the clamp. The upper clamp can be moved on the x &y axis to facilitate sample clamping.
